Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing and Process Technician, the candidate will play a critical role in a facility that manufacturers microelectronics using electronic assembly practices.

 

The ideal candidate will support the delivery of high reliability electronic assemblies to end customers by supporting production. Strict adherence to process instructions and documentation requirements will be expected. The candidate will work closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in a full time degree program
  • Minimum 2 years experience working on semiconductor process/advanced packaging
  • Performs skilled SMT and or microelectronics assembly work under the limited supervision
  • Experience in production processes such as die attaching, stack die packaging, and flip-chip attach processes
  • Experience in a small scale production environment is desired
  • Must be able to carefully documents their own work in hand written form or using common computer-based software such as MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
