The Systems Engineering: National Security & Space division is actively seeking candidates for winter internships in advanced projects. Candidates should have backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related fields.
Candidates should have competency in some of the following: design, analysis, simulation, test, debug, coding, and Model Based Engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as well as the ability to present results to peers and management in formal and informal settings.
Applicant must be a US citizen and enrolled in an accredited Engineering curriculum. The ideal candidate must be a fast, self-directed learner and must have a clearly exceptional academic record. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team, are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SysML, MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, SPICE, Cadence, Python, Java, and similar languages and modeling tools is a plus.
