    The PMO is looking for a summer intern who is passionate about the profession of project management, and who is excited to work alongside supporting our project management team.



    • Shadow and assist project managers to learn the “ins and outs” of project management  
    • Assist with the coordination of team meetings and meeting minute taking
    • Actively contribute and listen during project team meetings
    • Assist on execution and tracking of projects as deemed necessary and appropriate
    • Assist with task tracking, milestone identification, and project schedule development
    • Assist with measuring, evaluating, identifying project risks and mitigations
    • Communicate clearly with written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Assist in the development of project status meetings/updates and project documentation



    • Basic knowledge and understanding of project management, and PMI is a plus
    • Positive attitude and outlook
    • Ability to work well on a team and independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is a plus).
