    This role will be part of a dynamic HR team supporting a busy team of HR Professionals. This role will ensure a smooth transition and the ability to swiftly grow the departments by efficiently managing HR processes and sustaining accurate and current records. The HR Intern should be flexible with the ability to assist their team members when needed, while also focusing on their own priorities and maintaining the appropriate balance.

    • Create and meticulously maintain employee files
    • Assist in handling all day to day HR inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
    • Assist College Recruiting team with the coordination our fall college recruiting tasks to include:
    • Maintaining spreadsheets, tracking all registration information for campus events, shipping information and members attending each event.
    • Perform onboarding activities including the completion of new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules
    • Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards Team, HRIS and Talent Acquisition for additional tasks as required.



    • Must be enrolled in undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar with a strong preference for Human Resources
    • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills
    • Strong attention to detail and administrative/clerical skills required
    • The ability to handle multiple priorities while still effectively achieving set objectives and remaining flexible
    • Drive and motivation to take initiative and work in a team as well as independently
    • Must maintain confidentiality of employees and company sensitive information
    • Strong attention to detail and administrative/clerical skills required
