Opportunity for a summer student to function in a business environment and participate in the physical inventory of Government and Draper owned equipment. The student will be responsible for inventorying equipment at the Cambridge (MA) facility and nearby locations. The student will work with bar code scanners and computers during the inventory process. The student will need to be familiar with Microsoft Outlook (Email), Excel and be able to learn how to operate the bar code scanner. The individual must be able to walk for long periods of time throughout the day and will need to be energetic, outgoing, and able to work independently. The individual must be able to work quietly, attentively, and without disturbing ongoing testing by various work groups within the Lab. Students will be required to attend weekly meetings and carry out tasks as directed by Property Department personnel.
